Simple Image viewing Online tool

Hello Guys, I am looking for a Image viewing online tool for my Outdoor Media Company. The basic idea about the tool is that User (client's) should be able to see the look and feel of their banner/poster on the outdoor hoardings before they hire the Agency. It should be pretty simple in terms of user experience . Steps of the tool are quite easy : 1) Select Image ( There should be upload button by which user can select image from his/her computer. All the images will be in defined formats) 2) Select hoarding/image ratio ( 1:1,1:2,1:3, 3:2 etc) 3) Step 3 will open up the hoarding which will be in the format of the selected ratio from Step-2 but the hoarding size should be dynamic in the same ratio. Let's say user selected image of 10*10 ft the ratio is obvious 1:1 but the hoarding size is small, but when user selects 100*100 ft, hoarding should be in a size to showcase the image properly. 4) The final step of the tool is basically to view the particular hoarding with showcase of image on it from different locations let's say 10 m, 100 m, 150 m etc, so basically there should be a scroller at the bottom when user scrolls that and change the location the hoarding should adjust the distance accordingly. Refer to the attached image. Note : User will upload the image in respective ratios but the image sizes will be different like 10*10 ft, 100*100 ft , 100*200 ft etc, so the most important part is user experience while viewing.
