JPEG/PDF File Formats Converting To HTML, Design

We are looking for someone with experience in Design, Marketing and HTML Coding knowledge. We have a template that's currently being designed and will be used for Email Marketing the template will remain the same although content will change every 2-3 days as we run promotions etc. with our clients. We need a freelancer who can clearly know how to change PDF or JPEG Files into HTML so that they can be used in emailing format. The bulk email service we are using to run our campaigns will be Mail Chimp as you can easily copy the HTML Code into the program although we are open to other programs that may be better to use. The data that will be on them these should mostly be PDF with some JPEG files from time to time the data included with be only text and words. That you can then convert for us to HTML and Clearly let us know the process of doing so. The payment will always be released after full completion of project and checking via our staff.
