Wordpress - Language World Map Selector

Creation of a visual world map to be the language selector for WPML (WordPress Multi Language). Requirements: - Language List + Map; - The map must Pop Up upon WPML selector's mouse over; - Both language and coutry mouse over must highlight the respective country and language word at the same time; - Selecting either language word or country will make the site go to it's translation (WPML standard language selection); - Countries with available language must stand out from the others; - Responsive - No overflow. The map must remain inside the screen, even if the language words go below or above the map. Extra: - Must be in form of a WPML compatible Plugin; - Custo CSS field (WP Dashboard) to include the option to change colors(countries with language, without and mouse over on those with language), overall size, padding, if map remains on top or bottom on smart phones and to see language list or not / If nothing selected, theme options take effect (font / colors ...); - Plugin option to chose if map remains on top or bottom, on smartphone screens; - Select to see language list or not from WP dashboard; - Plugin Dashboard language - EN - (able to add more by editing plugin's files on WP dashboard or adding new file [TXT with the variables, for example] on install ZIP); - Must have a standard 2 language version + 5 language version + Unlimited version; - Plugin Must be documented and files must be commented. Compatibility: - Wordpress 4.0 - FlexForm + Betheme - Cross-platform+cross browser (NO FLASH!)
