Create WooCommerce discount plugin -- 2

Hello, We are currently working on a new kitchen retail formula that uses a webshop with custom pricing. What we are looking for is a plugin for WooCommerce that allows us to do the following: - The ability to set our purchase price that we pay our supplier for the product - We would like to keep the ability to set the normal and basic profit price for each individual product that is the standard with WooCommerce. The reason for this is to make sure that if a customer decides to buy a single cabinet or product we keep our basic profit. - We would like to set a maximum profit amount in € euro instead of margin profit in % for the total amount on the cart and checkout page. Preferably with a discount amount in € shown on the front end for the client, while the backend makes sure our profit amount is guaranteed. So technically it will function as a 'bulk discount' sort of plugin. This specific type of plugin as described above is not yet in existence. Thanks in advance for bringing in serious offers.
