so the problem here is the image being used is a background, and is being set at 100% width and auto height, which means the height adjusts to the images width Aspect ratio.
You're going to have problems depending on how this is solved:
Change the background to cover, and the whole image will be blown up, so you get width and height adjust to the aspect ratio, to keep everything proportionate, but won't be able to see as much of the image. we can do some positioning, but would wouldn't ever see the whole image
Change the height to be 100% as well, but this will break the aspect ratio of the image and stretch it.
