Manual Input Entry and CSV Upload into Central Database to view different depending on Customer/Subcontractor

I am looking for a developer to help with the task of creating a portal for my logistics business. I am at the stage of understanding the specification of what I need. 1.0 Create Courier and Customer Logins 2.0 Take the existing 'book collection' page. Function purpose: Customer logins can upload a CSV file or manually enter information that will go into a database. 2.1 The database will have real time updates that the Courier login will be able to view based on the collection/delivery postcode. 2.2 Customers will be able to view their entries they have made. 2.3 The transport planner will be able to view the (Any additional features of working with google maps to make more efficient decisions will be welcomed on this project. 2.4 The delivery driver (Courier) will be able to confirm delivery of items through a 'delivery confirmation' button. 2.4 Upon completion of the delivery, notification will be sent directly to the customer to recipient details to confirm delivery.
