Plugin for Woocommerce - Customisable Text / Image / SVG Product

We need a customisable product for an existing Woocommerce Shop. In short: the customer enters a text and chooses a font from a list. The customer uploads an image to place it on the text. He can resize and relocate the image according to his wishes. The text works as a clipping mask for the image. The new product works like this in detail: - it displays a blank wooden background - it then displays the text the customer has entered (see image 1) - it outlines the text with rounded corners so all letters "glue" together (see image 2) - it shows the customers image clipped to the text and in whole (see image 3) - the customer adjusts the image position and zoom (see image 4) The customer can then put it to the cart. The title image of the product changes to a smaller preview of the customised product. They must be visible in cart too, so the customer can differ them if he creates more than one of these products. VERY IMPORTANT: After the order has been processed, the admin needs to have access to the image and the text outline as a printable SVG or PDF without the wooden background (see image 5). The outline MUST be saved as lines (vectors), it is needed for cutting the material later. Please build this without using any libraries, third party classes or tools.
