Several illustrations for sexuality book

I need good quality illustrations for my book. It is about human sexuality. Here are the requirements: - about 20 illustrations; - they must be accurate and detailed so background in anatomy is a plus; - preferably colored; - I will provide examples of what I'm looking for (see the added files). The examples, however, are not exact; - the illustrations should fit the description more than the example. Once again the examples are not exact (for instance, the example for full nude male and female are very unclear but I need everything well represented, specially the sexual anatomy). The representation of changes in anatomical organs are mandatory; - I need for human sexuality only, even if the example shows otherwise (for example, I couldn't find an example for human penises so I included one with animal ones); - I also need anatomy of children so don't apply if you have problems with that; - the images would be editable or, at least, allow me to include text explanation; - even if the example include textual references, I need the images to be clean, as the book is in another language and may be translated in the future; - I have a short budget so price will be an important factor, even more as the dollar exchange is pricey at my country ;).
