illustrator expert needed

I have developed the landing page of a new website in full vector format in Illustrator. The website is designed to look 3-Dimensional. I need the help of an experienced graphic designer who is very competent with 3D design and perspective cues to come in and add perspective detail to make the webpage look as 3D as possible. This all has to be done in vector format in illustrator. Please see the attached PNG to preview the current existing design. I will be providing the selected worker with the AI file to edit. The final deliverable should be a new AI file with the adjusted 3D and perspective elements. You are free to alter the design however you choose. The following are a couple examples of elements that could be altered to improve the look and feel: 1. Add a Horizon Line 2. The Background should be a wall and the foreground a reflective flat surface. Elements in the Back should have drop shadows against this wall. 3. The Registration form should be mounted to the wall in some way. 4. The floating Footer text should be 3D and could potential be glass looking text. If you think that you can make improvements to the current design then please submit to me a summary of the changes you would make. I will choose a designer based on the list that they send. It does not have to be detailed but should just include the major changes.
