Edit and Color a Vector Image with Raster Art (Mimic Box for DND)

I am looking for a talented freelancer to edit and color a vector image (AI). The image is an illustration that will primarily be used for print, which will be on a dice storage box. I have specific color schemes and themes in mind for the image, and I need someone who can bring these themes to life in an effective and pleasing manner. This person should be comfortable working with both vector and raster art in order to create a visually stunning image. The ideal freelancer will have excellent artistic skill and experience editing and coloring vector and raster images, and should have a good understanding of color theory.
