Commission, marketing, and sales

I am looking for a commission marketer to promote my Martial arts/self defense and firearm training business to both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). The ideal candidate should have experience in commission marketing and be skilled in reaching a diverse target audience. Skills and experience required: - Proven track record in commission marketing - Ability to effectively promote services to both B2B and B2C audiences - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies - Experience in achieving sales targets and generating leads The preferred sales commission structure for this project is a flat fee per sale. Local martial arts school needs martial to bring in clinics in a 10- 15 mile radius. We are teaching martial arts self-defense classes, situational awareness / self-defense seminars for groups or businesses and firearms training. There will be a $80 commission for a one month package a $100 commission for a three month package an $120 commission for a six month package and a $200 commission for a one year package. For any seminars or groups, events to businesses or large groups, it will be a 10% commission on the total cost of the event Will dive into more details on requirements to book a group event, if you’re interested in this position.
