Multilingual AI Chat App Development

I am looking for a skilled and experienced developer to create an innovative application for both Android and iOS. I am seeking an individual who can combine creativity with practicality to build an application that enables users to converse with an AI in multiple languages. Ideal Skills and Experience: • App Development for both iOS and Android • Experience with incorporating AI into app design • Knowledge of various languages for programming AI is beneficial but not necessary as this question was skipped • Portfolio that demonstrates a mix of standard and bespoke UI designs (as a mix of both styles is desired) Applications should include their relevant experience, along with any work they've done that demonstrates the necessary skills for the job. I need to write application for two platforms android and ios. Project require some investigations according to estimated cost and prepare application which handle standard login and registry with email and password, registration with google, apple, facebook etc. Application must handle few languages, first choice based on user nationality. Non standard part of application is view which will be integrated with AI api like chatGPT or stuff like this(need your suggestion). \ Possible talking in many different languages. General it will be application to learn languages based on talking with AI :) General points required: 1. Simple page under new domain for download and information about application. 2. Modern and user friendly design of page and application. 3. Propose technology reacte native/flutter ect. 4. Propose backend firebase/appwrite ect. costs and scalable 5. Login, registry, logout, remove account, recovery account, edit account, forgot password, verify email ect. I mean standard authorization 6. Authorization with google, facebook, apple 7. Choose application language: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish, Chinese ect. 8. Subscribing and unsubscribing(suggest platform to integrate) 9. View to talking with AI, access after paying subscribe a. The most difficult part of application is investigation about cost with integrated with AI service to talk in foreign language. b. Modern view with text in clouds and reading text by voice emulator. c. Possible choose many foreign languages. d. Possible choose language level e. History of conversation with AI and comments what can improve f. Automatic end of conversation when context say it 10. (optional) It will be perfect if you can implement an AI emulator
