Porting C# recursive bin packing code into JAVA code

Need a translation of a fairly complex code written in C# to JAVA code. The problem is the C# keyword "ref" that is used in the C# code, which doesn't exist in JAVA I had a try myself but I need to outsource this task for time purpose. I have a running Visual Studio project (see attachment [login to view URL]) and I provided the code I have prepared in JAVA so afr (see attachment [login to view URL]) Unfortunately they both don't behave in the same way which can be seen here: [login to view URL] It seems most of the work has been done but the devil is in the detail.
