An autobuyer made to work with FIFA Ultimate Team web app

There are such things called AutoBuyers for the game FIFA and its sub game Ultimate Team. The application logs into my Ultimate Team account, and acts like a robot. I want you to make one of these for me. The aplication acts as a bot, which looks for players I tell it to, and set it to automatically buy that player on the transfer market as long as the price is below the limit i set, and then when the bot buys the player, it resells the player for a higher price e.g the actual going rate of the player, making a profit. The programmer for this job will be required to research autobuyers for FIFA to know how they fully work as i don't.
