I'm really familiar with creation of Skill for Amazon Alexa, as it was part of my job during the last year. I now extended my knowledge to create conversational experience on Google Assistant. I have got the philosophy that virtual assistant should be developed once and than export to each platform. So your customer will have the same experience either they are on Alexa, Google, Messenger or Cortana.
