189398 Validate online form

This project is to take an existing form on an html page and add validation. This means that the form cannot be submitted without all the form elements being used. Five of them are drop-down menus. One is a text field, and then there are the usual name and email address. This makes a total of eight form elements. The email address field should reject entries that are not formatted as correct email addresses. This form makes use of [login to view URL]'s service, and does not rely on a local cgi/bin. This is a simple and easy job for anyone who has experience with forms. The chosen programmer will have to contact me, and I'll send them the form to work with. They send it back, and I'll test it.
