Excellent PHP/Java and HTML/CSS skills for complete web site development

Entire web site to be developed. Concept will be shared once we agree to take this forward, however the idea and general site plan will be similar to airbnb / 9flats etc. with user generated content and micro payment collection. Site will be compatible with all device formats and OSs. Social media integration will be required. Mobile apps may be commissioned after the web site launches depending on developers skill in that area. Please test the links you send as 'samples' of your work - I've received some that don't go anywhere. Also, send me links to your best work - if your clients had bad design sense that will adversely impact your candidature. The quality / UI of your work MUST be comparable to airbnb etc. Previous experience of designing/developing an online marketplace is highly desirable - please send link/s. Please indicate if you would like to opt for a small amount of equity with a lower hourly fee.
