coding an api in json is not possible as json is a data format just like excel or CSV. SO I think we need to find out what you really need first!

To work i will need exact specifications (which data should be provided or worked with?) and my language of choice would be PHP, althrough this would also work in Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.
