Developer for write Javascript or custom workflow for custom CMS

We currently have 5 folders in our document library named Incoming Designs, Change Requested, Revised Designs, Rejected Designs. When a design is uploaded to a specific sub-folder [say for ex. called "Design Batch 1"] within Incoming Designs, it is either moved after review to a duplicate "Design Batch 1" sub-folder [created by copying the initial sub-folder in Incoming Designs] within Accepted Designs, Rejected Designs, or Change Requested depending on the status. We currently do this by assigning every design a custom "type", within which we have a property called "document status." We have "rules" in place such that every file uploaded to [any sub-folder in] Incoming designs has the custom type and property document status as "new design". If the property is updated to "design accepted", we have "rules" that move the file to the corresponding sub-folder "Design Batch 1" in the "Accepted Designs" folder in the doc lib. This analogously happens with other rules that move files to the corresponding subfolders within either Rejected Designs or Change Requested depending on the status. If a design has been moved to its corresponding sub-folder within Change Requested, it then needs to be updated and the document status property is edited to now be "Changes Applied". Again, we have a rule which specifies that when the property has been set to "Changes Applied", the design moves to its corresponding subfolder within "Revised Designs". From within "Revised Designs", we have 3 rules such that if a design is accepted, it moves to [the corresponding subfolder within] Accepted Designs folder; if a design is rejected, it moves to the [the corresponding subfolder within] Rejected Designs folder; if it needs more changes, it goes back to [the corresponding subfolder within] "Change Requested" till we iterate enough to either accept or reject a design. The problem is, with this method we need to write 7 rules each everytime a new sub-folder is added to the Incoming Designs folder. We need the subfolders for better organization. Thus, we are looking for someone to write a JAvascript script that we can run within the rules, i.e using Alfresco's rule manager to create a new rule where the action would be to "execute script". This script should imitate the structure specified above so that everytime a new subfolder is created within Incoming Designs, it is duplicated in the 4 other main folders [Rejected Designs, Accepted Designs, Change Requested, Revised designs], and that all the rules are applied. We will also accept a custom workflow script that imitates the same structure [Incoming subfolder-> Accepted/Rejected/Change Requested ; Change Requested -> Revised Changes ; Revised Changes -> Change Requested/Accepted/Rejected]. We will also accept any other simpler solution which can work within the Alfresco environment Please find the attached pdf with our current folder configuration and rules.
