We want to provide an online food ordering service using a progressive web app. The web app will consist of three interfaces: - Internal Interface - Consumer interface - Restaurant interface Tech Stack: Preferred language/ framework - JavaScript/ReactJS/ Node JS Backend - Open to serverless architecture (Firebase/Microsoft azure), but not opposed to traditional server-based backend Management API - communication between the database and the front end will need to be done via HTTPS using a REST API to allow for future feature development. API can be written in JavaScript (Node / Express JS) Consumer Interface Features: - login/sign up (social media/ email) - cart - order status - restaurant lists (location based) - payment - rates and reviews* - history of orders - favorites (meals/restaurant)* Restaurant Interface: - manage content (menus. restaurant details etc) - login/sign up - Orders ( Live orders, pending orders, completed orders, rejected orders, canceled orders) Internal Interface Features: - manage consumer users ( view and sort consumer order details) - manage restaurants users (view and sort restaurant & order details)
