Top menu in right position for joomla site

I will need to create a simple second top menu in right position for joomla site. I have attached an image to explain. The tempalte is the Helix Ultimate. So the top menu needs to conatin 1. a search tool. When someone click on search to be like A2 example or to diplay a horizontal white line for typing 2. An icon Heart as button 3. Only the button Sign in (not sign in form) 4. To add the icon Cart with the circle. Here i have installed a module of hikashop named hika cart module. 2. So needs when someone (exp.) in hika shop adds a product in cart the menu button to display the numer 1 ( the hikashop cart module support it, i need the css style) Thanks in Advance!
