Legal Services for Financial Institutions US-based Investment Management Corporation is expanding currently its Global Legal Affairs Unit and has openings in Legal Representatives (lawyers, attorneys, solicitors, counsel, etc) positions (full-time and part-time). Legal Representatives responsibilities would need to cover at least the following practices: - Corporate Finance - Investment Management - Investment Banking - Investment Advisory - Investment Funds - Structured Finance - Financial Markets, etc. BOTH US-based and non US-based applicants are welcomed.
