Hi, Linux system admin where with more than 8 years of experience managing email servers for an ISP. I know exactly what you rquire. Server A is perhaps your internet facing server which does some custom filtering and taking out much of the unnecessary spams, and then you send it to Server M. Both Server A and Server M could also be archiving email for you (it hit me why else would you have them in between). And then do the final delivery to gmail. I can have these done for you without a problem. Btw, is it a standalone exim server or do you have cpanel/plesk in place ? Because it's kinda difficult to achieve what you require with the latter.
