It would be very useful in knowing what you actually need accomplished. You asked for a list of HR key words. If you can list the requirements of the actual project. My company needs to deploy a HA web cluster to run our webapp. Or we need help in securely implementing a DB cluster running (insert Linux distro). The skills required make me believe its hybrid of Ubuntu and CentOS, which CentOS is about to lose official support so might want to rethink that. It's lacking in giving me or anyone else actionable information or an indication of, if the time and skills I can provide will be helpful. This is more of advice than a bid because I wouldn't commit to not knowing what the project is an I would be contractually obligated once you accepted the offer.
