Logo Relaunch

Hi, we´re using our logo for 7years and aren´t really unhappy. But for a real good idea we would change a bit. We got an idea by our own and would like to see a professional working on it. We already did 2 bid requests 2 and 4 weeks ago with the same work but didn´t like the result. Who will try it again ? I´d like to develope: 1. first the right font for teh company name "ImmobilienShop" 2. then the houses in the background 3. then all these together with the new and brushed up peoples I´d like to see to each a few possibilities and will decide each part. I got ideas for each step but really bad in gfx. Greetings emil ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
