Create 6 chars for 2d based game using inkscape

I want to have 6 character 2D based created using and saved with inkscape with it’s original layers and object path in form of character body part not just a copy paste jpg, png or other image to inkscape because I wanted to be able to modify and animated later with all body part position according to all wind direction. 3 chars are hero based on these real person on attached document you can google it for more reference i just wanted the main feature like hair, dress. 3 chars are monster based on Indonesian myth creature you can google it for more reference, i want to be as close as you can to resemble these creature but not a scary figures, I wanted more comical . Project expected to be finish around 2 weeks after selected, faster the better, the char images copyright will be owned by me to be used on my prototype game project ( I got other person to work on it ) , if the game doing great on app store more work will come for you with negotiable rate, so make sure the work are your own not copy paste from others, when selected i'll be needing an update at least every 2 day, no reasonable news more than 4 days, project will be reposted for others. Payment will be escrow only, considered bids are the bid with sample at least one of the requested char. Max budget currently $100, lets have a fun project together :)
