I need a developer than will help design a software that will allow easy typing of a foreign language that uses accents on the top or bottom of the alphabet. 8 alphabets are in consideration. We have a version of the same software that was designed on the Windows 7 platform and now does not work on Windows 10 properly. We are looking for someone that if possible can make our old version forward compatible with other Windows versions or redesign the software. Also we want it to be able to work on MAC computers. More info will be provided on how the current version works.
