Magento Payment Gateway installation & upgrade to 2.33

Hi i will check this issue payment gateway (Paypal or others) integration issue at the moment. It is displaying webapi error and not able to fix it. Also, I want to upgrade it to the lates version which is 2.3.3 and i am running into few issues.
