We are looking for an individual to create a business plan for our company. The Company is a Hybrid Social Enterprise focused on entrepreneurship, philanthropy, leadership and life skills for economic empowerment and personal development of youth and young adults. We are a grassroots enterprise looking to change the face of youth development through innovation. Everything about the company will be innovative and cutting edge from the way the organization is established to the delivery and development of programs and services. We need a business plan in order to seek funding and to decide which form of funding we should be seeking out. We haven't decided on Non Profit or For Profit so for now we are considered a hybrid...little of both. The business plan will help to make a better informed decision on which structure is best or to stay with both. One of the most important parts of the business plan is the 3 year prospective budget we want included. We currently have no revenue but have been running free programs for the past 5 years. We have descriptions current and future programs but need them written more clear and effectively. We are looking for someone we can tell our vision for the organizations to and they make it real attainable on paper. We are not looking for a long all written business plan...it's outdated. We want an innovative business plan, maybe something on Keynote or Power Point Presentation as well as written.
