I just read through your proposal on Freelancer. As far as I can tell, this is a project that fits within my expertise. We would need a call to discover additional requirements. I've worked with lots of companies, business owners and entrepreneurs that need help clarifying their business strategy and understanding how to best execute on that strategy. Let me tell you a little about me. I advise and coach entrepreneurs and founders. I specifically have experience in Small Business Development, Leadership, Mentorship, and Management Consultancy. I have also held board positions at for-profit and non-profit companies. I have most recently served as CEO for a Post-Secondary Proprietary College. I am an entrepreneur. My approach might be a little different than most. I don’t tell you what to do. I listen, identify the obstacles or problems keeping you from reaching your goals, and then, together, explore solutions and opportunities. I'm most interested in building strong executives and entrepreneurs. My coaching centers on three basic principles: 1. Seeing things as they are (Honesty) 2. Seeing things better than they are (Vision) 3. Making things better than they are (Execution) My compensation is either on an hourly basis, retainer, or fixed price.
