Developer wanted to create a simple app about the game of mahjong

I would like to find help in developing an app that calculates mahjong scores by photo-scanning an image taken by a player. For your information if you are unfamiliar with playing mahjong, mahjong is a game played with tiles, similar to dominoes but engraved in Chinese symbols. There are a combination of ways that the mahjong can be scored depending on the way the tiles being matched together. Varied according to different geographical regions, there are also some differences in rules. Because of that, calculating the scores can sometimes be difficult for some players, especially when they are new to the mahjong rules. With an app that helps calculating scores when players can simply take an image or using their phone cameras on the mahjong tiles, players would be able to score their mahjong conveniently and quickly, which would be a feature that greatly enhances the game. In this app, the following features are required. -Users will be able to choose the set of rules they are playing, hence the set of scoring criteria. Overall, the app itself is expected to be simple to use without too much context, because afterall, it is just to help with calculating game scores. Preferably, it is optimal if the developer knows the game of mahjong, but otherwise the rules are easily accessible if searched online, and the game isn’t that complicated.
