This is a project to build a BlackBerry App & Android App for a news portal with news content (RSS/XML supported). The apps should have below features and need to find out more for to make a best application: • Categories include Video(10-15 categories) • Off-line feature to read news (save news items on device with conditions that without video, days to keep a week or less etc. Application should have option under Settings as follow:- One option to automatically syncs all data when the application is opened. The second option to loads the content for each section as that section is opened (which should be the default setting when the application is installed). third, can set an auto-update/download schedule based on various criteria (download every 30minutes, 2hrs, 5hrs. keep 1-3-5-7 days previous data). option to select categories in app to download auto or manual. • generic search • User registration and managment. • send News items to friends and colleagues by e-mail or SMS. title to subject and news details to email body. SMS: few characters from title and url to access full news. • share via twitter, facebook and email. • page to contact us. • select your favorite news section fronts • control how often device downloads new articles. • adjust the font size to customize reading experience! • Advert system/management to show house ad(with enable and disable) • Arabic or English UI with separate contents • Analytics • Supported Operating System Versions: BlackBerry OS 5.X and later • Supported Devices: non-touch - 8500, 8520, 8530, 8900, 9000, 9500, 9520, 9530, 9550, 9630, 9700 the same app should able to install in Android devices too. You will need to suggest best UI design. we will have team to suggest to create perfect design.
