I am looking for someone to create and phone app for both Apple and android phones. A website needs to be created as well. This app needs to be able to get a signature from the app user along with other data and bring it into a database. The database needs to use the data to create a form. The form needs to be able to print, email, or fax. The database will need to be accessed to bring and pull data to and from. The app user and/or website needs to charge money for using the app or website.

I am having experience of mobile and web development. I can create application and web both wiht in few days. Please send me reference mobile application for look and feel. Web part will create in core-php, mobile application will made in Titainium so one application will work for all android and iPhone. It also save money and faster to work.
