Develop a mobile app that collect data and a webpage dashboard

Project Description: I need to create a mobile web app built for Android, BB and Iphone that permit the user to collect data in the field of operation (supermarket, retail store, etc). This app should welcome the user and ask some few questions and than be reported in a dashboard all the data with some analysis. In few word something similar than [login to view URL] but the users instead of being natural person, they will be company’s inspectors in some specific industries like retail stores. This project consists of two sections, the mobile app and the webpage with the dashboard. Mobile App 1. Should be installed in the mobile, should record the position by triangulation or gps 2. The mobile app should welcome the user and give some instructions to begin a new task that the user can select of and array of task 3. These tasks are mini surveys of no more than 10 question that the user can select. The answer for each question should be numeric, binary, normal text and the possibility to take a picture to track some special events. 4. This survey should be manage by a administrator that should have the option to modify the survey during the time, so the app should be self managed. 5. The app should record the location of the user like some sport-tracker application (sport-tracker or strava) Webpage with the dashboard: 1. This dashboard should analyze the collected data with the mobile app online. 2. An administrator should access not only the consolidated data, but also the data in details, so he can see for example the picture taken in a specific survey. 3. The main idea is to have a balance scorecard with the collected data online, to be reported in the same mobile or mainly in a desktop computer or ipad.
