Android app Streaming

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. The details are important so please read carefully before bidding. as you went get the full amount till it's completely done. If you're familiar with streaming apps like skout and yes sister app meetme, bigo, livestream, [login to view URL] and feel comfortable doing an app on a linux OS, platform from scratch hosted on a red5 or better platform that can handle the traffic. the app will be a streaming app capable of accepting 1 small box streamer or 1 same size stacked boxes. the streamer boxes will be unique to each streamer Id assigned as signup. in the stream I want to have a mask option disabled but added many fully functional until future updates. it should contact a mute microphone option for the streamer and more but viewers will have a lesser menu with no real options besides request to stream if streamer has it open for requests. overlap chat with transparent background. colorful bold text backend font options. the app will have a nearby, featured and new section. the profiles and gifts will be more in a later detailed discussion. app must contain more in a better discussion but please look over the relevant related apps I listed at the beginning. I will be looking for a great design unlike a copy and paste job like most think.
