Need a really simple app built (just a webview and splash page) 1. Make a new app called 'SurveyDollars' 2. Create a full screen WebView for '[login to view URL]' 3. Set the app icon as the icon image attached. 4. Make the splash page look like this [login to view URL] (Image is attached) Send me the correct APK when you are finished so I can easily upload it to my android developer account.
