Unity 3d application and for android and Web player

I need an application made with unity 3d or an engine similar that is of 4 building structures which will have a menu and can do the following things have multiple view options - plan view elevation orthographic etc. And Wire frame view Day night view with shading and light. Store directory with Submenu for stores 3d text in respective places. augmented reality script from asset store. Clean menu style Floating icons above building stores and building elements Ability to remove walls and roof and also a slide out of the floorplan Illuminated path based on menu corner map for overall view. This is for android and I need a connection to a unity Web player uploaded to my website. Please only those with unity 3d or similar engine bid. Milestone goes like this I will make a 200 dollar milestone then when work is done I will make milestone for rest of of payment. I use unity 3d myself and have been on freelancer of a long time so those with no exerience or review do not bid. Thank you
