Write a one screen product recommendation Android application

It is a tool for sales representatives to help them choose suitable products for specific uses. It works as follows: 1) There is a selection list with 6-10 options. 2) Choosing an option fills and displays a second list, with 3 to 10 options. 3) Choosing a second option displays a list of products corresponding to that option. Each product has a name, description, image and URL, which opens in an external browser. Everything fits in one screen, with scroll on the list of products. If the user changes the first option, the list of products disappears. Some more notes: 1) All data is stored locally, in CSV / TXT / JSON / whatever format is easier for you. There are approx. 200 products, there is no need for a full database. 2) There are no real-time connections with web services. No users, no login, no registration nor authentication. 3) There must be a way to update the data files. It can be a button to download files from predefined URLs, or an automatic check for updates on app launch, or even a reinstallation when there is an upgrade. All users are known, and upgrades will not be frequent. I am unsure about the value of this project, please bid even if your bid is higher than the budget I have set.
