Hello, I am looking to create a HIGH-END, FEATURE-PACKED, COMPETITIVE and REVENUE PRODUCING website similar to [login to view URL]; spend some time reviewing all website features. At a high-level, this is a portal, primarily used by photographers and models, providing them a place to collaborate. The website domain has already been purchased and will be hosted at [login to view URL] using a linux platform. The website needs to be professionally written using best in class programming practices to include well structured, commented, optimized and thoroughly tested code along with a well-structured and optimized backend MySQL database. The completed solution needs to be user-friendly, sleek and visually stimulating, packed with all the same features. This should be a PHP based solution (PHP v5.3 compliant) and use AJAX, CSS3 and HTML where necessary. I am also open to utilizing a CMS system if it will meet my requirements. I want this website to be a complete solution and be the COMPETITION! Some of the major features of this website (among many not listed here) will require a powerful and feature-packed admin portal allowing every aspect of the website to be managed, feature-packed/dynamic home page, website content should be dynamically maintained via the various portals, to include moderator and gatekeeper roles with corresponding portals, end-user membership levels each offering different membership features along with corresponding portals, ability for end-users to use bb-code in their bio's, professional payment gateway (other than paypal), internal messaging capability to allow end-user to end-user/moderator communication, the ability to upload and manage user photos, ability to manage image lists, forum area, contest area, powerful search functionality, etc. You will also be responsible for creating all site content including, but not limited to the site logo, graphics, disclaimers, sites rules, membership requirements and all other necessary documents, etc. This will be a collaborative process between you and I. Essentially, I am looking for all website functionality/content to be duplicated so that it is not only competitive, but also powerful, sleek and user-friendly. Your job is to complete the entire SDLC for this project for all 5 phases, 1 - preparing detailed requirement documents through planning, analysis and design from front-end to the back-end database and creating documented and thorough test-cases and having me sign-off on phase 1 prior to starting phase 2. This will be a highly collaborative phase between you and I of which I would expect for you to provide a significant amount of input and creative ideas to make this a HIGH-END and competitive solution.
