I have resolved this type of issue 2 times to be honest . Its generally not a DB corruption issue, rather a configuration corruption issue that needs a little bit of sysadmin skills . I have few things to try and very hopeful to resolve the issue.

HI Sir, Before you go with any of the proposals I must tell you a hard learnt lesson from my experience. Always copy the entire sql folder in your server installation folder to another folder. You only got few chances before an in experienced person scrambles the file structure inside sql/data folder. I can create a backup of the database, but i need sql folder zipped and sent to me for analysis, teamviewer or anydesk connectivity to the server computer. But its not a guarantee your server will not fail again. Day to day backup is only solution to this unfortunate problem.
