Google GMail Contacts Integration with Local DB - C#

I'm looking to integrate a local SQL database of client information with my Google apps account. I've looked into doing this myself, however would rather find someone with more time and expertise to pull it off faster than it woudl take me. Local Database will have 2 main tables which provide the follow fields: Patient ID (unique to my application), Patient Name, Patient Status, Phone & E-mail Parent Name, Parent Phone & Parent Email I would like this C# Library enable my .NET program to Update/Syncronize my GMail Contacts with the Local Database. I would like a Gmail Contact Group created for each Patient Status category (active, inactive, retention, etc.). Each Patient and Parent should be associated with their respective Contact Group. (Active patients should be in the Active Patient Contact Group) When I change a patients status in my local database, (i.e. from active to inactive), the GMail contact group should move that patient from the active contact group to inactive contact group. I expect to receive all source code from the project upon completion, not just the compiled library. I can provide more use cases detail when I've selected a Freelancer.
