.NET custom controls and Telerik Controls Developer Needed

Looking for .NET developer who is familiar with .NET custom controls and Telerik Controls. We have a large multi tenant web application that custom interfaces need to be setup for each customers profile. We need someone responsible that can build the .net form in a custom control and relate the form fields back to our existing classes. I have other developers that can do this but they are currently overworked as it is so I am looking to relieve their work load. While I do not have a lot of documentation on exactly how this is done, we do have many examples of this throughout the site and I know how to do it myself but do not have time to take care of it with the other responsibilities I have. But there could be a couple of issues you may have to track through the code and find the correct class to relate it to as I might not know off hand. All in all it should not be very difficult if you have experience with custom controls and classes. Also, I know this is the holiday season but I need someone who can start now as I am looking to complete a few of these tasks before January 1st and sooner if possible. Also, if you do a good job I will most likely have continued work from time to time throughout the next year.
