130676 Finish ASP.Net 2.0 site

This is a project I posted a couple weeks ago, but we couldn't get escrow and awarding the project functions to work so we have to repost. We have a website project that is pretty much done, except for a few critical factors. Some may work but we just dont know for sure, and our in-house programmers only work in PHP, so this is not in their fields of expertise. We hired a freelancer who did the work you will see, but he left the job before it was finished, and we arent sure how close to actually being finished the project is. The site is located at charitypasscard.com. We can send the ftp and admin info if you want to take a look to give your quote. What the site should do. The intent of the website is as a fundraising tool and to sell golf discount cards. It is supposed to work two different ways. First of all, a person should be able to just go to the website and click to pay for a discount card, and after paypal clears them they are emailed a username and password. The username should be their email address and their password should be their last name, but spelled backwards. For example, if their last name was smith, the password would be htims, (smith spelled backward). I think this function works. That needs to be confirmed. Secondly, this fundraiser is also available for people to buy offline and then use a randomly generated number to get a username and password. The way that works, let's say that a high school football team decides to sell 200 discount cards for a fundraiser. The administrator should be able to generate 200 numbers randomly on the site's backend and then give those numbers to that football team. When they sign up someone, or sell them a card, they give that number to the person buying the card. The purchaser can then go to the website and instead of having to pay, they just click Activate Card, or Activate Number, then put in their number and it emails them a username and password just as if they had gone thru paypal. They still have to give their info but no credit card. Another aspect is that the administrator should be able to enter information about an eligible charity. That way, when someone comes to the website to buy a discount card, they can click a drop down and choose what charity gets a percentage of the purchase of the card. What we need is to have all this functionality working and also for the administrator to have all his backend functions working properly so he can add, edit and delete information, including text and run the functions of the site. We also need to make sure that paypal is working properly. There are a few minor graphics changes that we will handle after this critical content is fixed and confirmed. We are way behind here, so time is important, but price is also. Please look it over and let me know what you think will be required price-wise to finish this project.
