I run an ISP & WISP using Mikrotik routers and Ubiquity WiFi equipment. I am looking for a network engineer to rebuild or redesign my network topology to make it scalable and reliable. Most of my equipment is Mikrotik. I have 6 towers (triangle) as an access point. And currently, I am connected to fiber optic with 20Mbps dedicated bandwith and upgrading to 50 or 100Mbps The job need to be done 1. Design Network Topology 2. IP Structure 3. EoIP (Tunnel for PPPoE and Tunnel for Hotspot) 4. Central Services (PPPoe Server and Hotspot Gateway) Network diagram attached

What Mikrotik hardware are you using, which ubiquity gear are you using for back hauls and what are you using for shaping/queues? How many customers and bandwidth at peak? VPLS-MPLS is your best option as it exceeds EoIP architecture Regards
