ASP.NET 2.0 /AJAX new web site

This new web site is for a parcel consolidation business in the US. We are a startup company. We are looking for someone (or company) who is nimble, can do good quality work and not expensive. Details: The site has to be developed using ASP.NET 2.0, C# and AJAX. We will provide the detailed designs and content for all web pages. We will also provide C# proxy classes you can call from the web site to read/write data. You don’t have to write any code to deal with databases, but you will have to do all the remaining work (create the graphical content, AJAX script, page flow, C# code etc to match designs). It would be great if you can provide two separate numbers for the project. One for the graphics (icons, labels etc) and the other for the layout and programming. We may be able to provide you with the graphical elements. We expect about 50 pages with some programming logic in AJAX and C#. There will also be some content pages (all text provided). Attached, are examples of the most complex pages. (Shipping/Receiving parcel sequence, customer signup etc). About 15-20 pages will be of this level of complexity. About 30 of much lighter programming and the remaining will all be plain text (FAQ page etc). Timeline: We are looking for this project to be done in the September-October timeframe this year (2006). Project Management: We would like to receive a plan of execution with projected dates, skill level or the programmer(s) and frequent (weekly or daily, depending on the stage and nature of questions/issues) updates on the plan as the project is in progress.
