Fix faulty item move - ASP

I am attaching the files for this project - I have added 4 files that pertain to the project but the changes we need are just to one of the files ([login to view URL]) but have include the others so you can understand how the program works. the [login to view URL] and the [login to view URL] are both displayed on screen along with another form all at the same time in frames setup. This is a quote creation system and the items are picked and fed from another form to the [login to view URL] - then added to the [login to view URL] form which is a listbox. Items are added to the database as they are added to the listbox. The issue - problem is in the moving of items up or down in the [login to view URL] file. We have 3 different up and 3 down links - what is happening if you move an item up by 10 - it moves that item up ok but it thats the item that was in that position and moves it to the end of the quote. the only item that should be moved is the one that is highlighted and is to be moved - all other items should remain in place! Appears that if we move just by 1 - we don't have the issue - but the others are not working correctly. Both the listbox and the database entries need to be corrected. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP; Java
