Internet Access App

**1st Application:** Need application if the requirements can be met, that would block all URL's, unless they are in the approved list in a listbox or listview. This app. will have the following features, support IE, Netscape, AOL, Opera, and all other browsers, run in system tray, allow approve list to be added to popup menu dynamically or loaded into browser address location so that user is aware of approved list, must be password protected on both client and server admin version. Have a white list that user can mark/add sites they want to have approved by the administrator. Allow user to add to the whitelist from there favorites/bookmarks list. Application must load when system starts up and disable "ctlr-atl-del" while app. is running. Application will also log all activity on computer, such as email, chat, etc, and send it to a file on the network server. **2nd Application Version:** This would be installed by the admin from a server on the network. This application would work with the client application, but the admin would load a list of userid's and machine names to have the filter application installed on from the server. Then the application would go out on the network and install itself when the user restarted or would install and require the user to re-boot. The application must allow the administrator an easy interface for viewing the log files, and configuration. Server version must be able also to be configured from the web, and have password protection. Webspace is not required, just site. I am open to suggestions, so please send comments or questions. I have attached a PDF file that will give you a good idea of what is needed. However, again I am open to suggestions. These applications will work together, the first application being controled from the server, by the second application. Or the first application will run as a stand-alone application with the same functionality. ## Deliverables **1)** Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. **2)** Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. **3)** Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. **4)** Will require trial version that will operate for 15 days. ## Platform All Windows, MAC systems.
