Need Programmer with Strong Math back Ground C++, VB 6.0 (repost)

I have several project I am working on which are a combination of C++ ATL COM DLL's and a Active X DLL rapper in VB 6.0. These are addins to a product which I can supply you a legal copy of. For now thing of it as very similar to the Excel interface. I require a programmer with good skill and strong math background. Experience with things like Neural Networks,Genetic Algorithms are a plus. I will want to use MSN for chat, which is legal on RAC after I have accepted your bid. I am looking for a long term relationship with the programmer as I have many new projects also. **Please bid on this project based on 3 hrs of your time.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
