Create Delphi Database Form based on Word Document

Please see the attached Word document which is used for data entry. What I want is to create a Delphi form which looks visually just like it (or as close as possible) but with Data-aware controls in place where the data would be entered. This is so can we can get users inputting data directly into the database but using a format they are already familiar and comfortable with. Where possible, the colours, logos and fonts should be the same. The data-aware? controls would not have the databinding assigned but would have sensible names, eg. the edit field for the "Unit Name" box should be "edUnitName", a checkbox would be cbSomeCheckbox, etc. Because it is a big document it would need to be on a scrolling region, I think. ## Deliverables On reflection a frame would be better than a form.
