Access Oriented Programming in C#

Access Oriented Programming is programming based upon the change of data within a class using the Observer Pattern. For example, if you have a class representing a mail box, you might want to take action based upon the number of messages waiting in that mailbox object. class MailBox { ... public int numMessages; ... } class MailProcessor { ... public void processNewMail(); ... } What is needed is a method for processNewMail to be called when the numMessages field changes it's value. The MailBox class should not be overtly aware of this arrangement, although the declaration of numMessages may be marked somehow as "observable". There may be a method for doing some of this using the Emit methods, but it might not be that complicated. This is a very interesting and challenging project demanding an extremely deep understanding of C#. It is not a large pile of code, but rather a small amount of code that is rather dense in it's implementation. There is a zip file at the web page that contains an implementation of what I'm after, although it does not use the Observable attribute as I desire it to. Nevertheless, it is a good starting point for understanding the problem.
